On guitar, banjo and mandolin: Pete Kennedy (Nanci Griffith, Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, John Prine, Alison Krauss, Dr. John); on upright and electric bass: Tony Garnier (Bob Dylan’s bassist and musical director since 1989, Brian Stetzer of Stray Cats, Robert Gordon, Asleep At The Wheel, Paul Simon); on dobro and lap steel guitar: Cindy Cashdollar (Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Van Morrison, Merle Haggard, Albert Lee, Ryan Adams), drummer Tyger MacNeal (Johnny Winter, Jose Feliciano, Average White Band, Freddie Fender), Gary Oleyar (Loggins & Messina, Marti Stuart, Pam Tillis, Kenny Chesney) Polly Messer (Eight To The Bar, Eugene Chrylser, Grayson Hugh).
